Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Karting Hub UK is not VAT registered and does not add VAT to your order. Delivery charges and the total are shown before you place your order. We accept the payment options shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders remain unpaid until we confirm receipt in our bank. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Ordering and delivery

Check the complete product code, shaft dimensions and compatibility before ordering. Contact us if unsure. A standard engine is not necessarily prepared or eligible for a particular racing class. Your order confirmation records your purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an agreed alternative delivery date or a refund; we will not substitute products without your agreement.

Delivery is currently offered to supported UK mainland addresses. Some remote and island areas require a quote before ordering. Products may be sent directly from our suppliers, and items from different suppliers may arrive separately. Estimated delivery times are shown with each product and run from cleared payment. Unless we agree another delivery date with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Please tell us promptly about missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries.

Cancelling a standard goods order

You can tell us you wish to cancel from placing your order until 14 days after delivery. Email or write to us using the contact details above; you do not have to use the cancellation form below. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us for the correct return address, as goods may have come from a supplier. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return carriage. For engines and other heavy goods, obtain a suitable carrier quote before ordering if that cost affects your decision.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. A full cancellation includes the standard outward delivery cost. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep packaging where practical to protect returns; your cancellation rights do not depend on unopened original packaging.

Faults and warranty

Goods must meet your statutory consumer rights, including being as described, satisfactory quality and fit for a purpose agreed with us. Contact Karting Hub UK if goods are faulty or misdescribed so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return arrangements. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to these rights. A racing-use exclusion in a manufacturer warranty does not remove your statutory rights. Contact us before arranging repairs or buying replacement parts for a warranty claim.
